Even if the item I purchased is new, I wash it once before wearing it, so when I washed and wore the socks I purchased from this store, I noticed that there was a hole in the sock.So I went to exchange them right away and was told that I could not exchange them unless they were new.I didn't notice the hole until I tried them on and it is a terrible response to sell a product with a hole in it and not be able to exchange it.I wash my socks alone, so I don't think the holes are caused by the washing, but in any case, they are either selling a quality product that can easily get holes, or they have poor inspection

Horrible experience overall !!!!!!!!!Went in shopping , commotion started towards front as someone stole few jackets (not sure exactly how many )Security guard went chasing the guyThey came back with the goods ,when the homeless guy appears again and small altercations commences yet again where one of the guards who follows him outside again falls , whilst failing to grab the dude whom allegedly stole .Security starts ??.? the guy , baring in mind there is children in store ?.Guys comes back and gets jumped on by Everyone around him(Two security guards )Primark ?managers ? (so called ) starts proceeding towards the scene and when I saw the homeless guy being pushed out very hard falling to the ground banging his head on the ground , is when I?ve approached them to say he shouldn?t be doing this ( touching /pushing etc ?) as he had no right to do so unfortunately as we know this is Police matter .Tall manager (guy on duty ) , starts shouting at me not to get involved as I don?t know anything or what I?m taking about and that ?this conversation is finished ? and Irish or Scottish (?) lady also working for primark began lecturing me on how he is protecting ALL of us ??I tried explaining that they missing the point , and that the guy who stole and fell badly hitting his head when pushed could have had internal brain bleeding and die on the spot ,they replied with?so did our security guard?Point you are missing , it DOES NOT give you or anyone the right to act this way, physically and verbally abuse anyone just because you?re claiming they provoked you !Practice your what you preach rightHaving had now majorly of their crew shouting at me, I proceeded to try and focus in why I visited this location today in first place so I began walking toward the back and continue my shoping .Whilst walking another gentleman starts also telling the tall guys how they dealt with situation was NOT precessional but he isn?t interested .After paying for my goods , on my way to exit I?ve noticed lady by the front talking with same security guard (who they were claiming earlier got hurt badly ???)I?ve asked if she was a store manager , she said no , I?ve asked if she was the ASM /Deputy ,she said no , I then asked if she can get me the most senior manager in charge , as I wish to speak to them .She asked me in a very demeaning way ?what seems to be the problem ????The fact they she jumped at the conclusion of ?problem ? really bothered me , what if there was a customer whom simply wishes to pass some good feedback regarding their staff etc ..? Or has a simple product related question ??Sharline , if your worked for me , (thank god you?re not )you would be collecting P45 right about now .You refused to get me senior manager to speak to and thought your attitude and behaviour it?s prime .This could have ended much better , but because how I was made to feel I will be pursuing this matter furtherPhilippa Nibbs and whoever else needs to know will be made aware .As for the security guy whom is fighting and risking his and others life for some ?affordable fashion ? it is NOT worth it , hope you recover both mentally and physicallyI mean it

0 efficiency, queue times are absolutely ridiculous. There were about 9-10 open till spaces and only 2 workers with such a long queue.
