Rated way down because after being served on the till, the server was observed returning immediately to kneading pizza dough for an order without first washing hands OR donning gloves which is disgusting!?... ?
Luckily, only bought some of their #Banging Garlic Butter Sauce dip and left to buy Domino's!!... ??

Ordered for collection. When arrived though they marked it as ready, they told me that they are out of stock a topping and had to make the pizza again. Could've called really. Anyway we waited, picked up the pizza and at home found out they missed out on another topping. They basically do what they want and it's not the first time. Terrible branch

Terrible. Shouldn't be outsourcing delivery to Uber. Just spent 10mins in the rain guiding a guy to my address- he then turned up on foot with my (cold) pizzas sheltered from the rain by a Tesco delivery bag.

One average tasting pizza was delivered as ordered but instead of a customised pepperoni & pineapple a plain cheese one arrived with it. Rang the store who told us the correct one was on its way, but over an hour later it still hadn't arrived despite the store being a 10 minute walk away. Asked for a refund as we had to go out, which they argued about but finally agreed to. No refund has appeared. AVOID unless you want to go hangry!

Made an order last night and the wrong pizza was delivered. Upon ringing the store and telling them what happened they tried to blame the delivery driver and brush it off. Upon explaining that they?ve clearly put the wrong pizza in my box given the sticker is correct a refund was begrudgingly offered as they ?couldn?t deliver after 11pm due to area manager telling them to no longer deliver?. This is despite the fact that I could still go to checkout on both the Papa Johns app and on the third party delivery apps.
Service over the phone was insanely poor and felt like they were just trying to buck the blame onto anyone but themselves.
Update: 10 days later and 15+ emails back and forth with Papa Johns customer services a refund has still not been issued that was supposedly due to be made the morning after. Genuinely cannot recommend people avoid this specific branch as the customer service is absolutely appalling.

I made a genuine mistake and ordered collection instead of delivery. Store tried to charge me £6 for this. I ended up losing nearly £30. Absolutely gutted.

It's really ridiculous that when you put a price on the shop door, it means that the price is fixed, but this shop and its staff have their own price. Other small pizzas are priced at 4.99 but they tell you that this price is valid until 9pm and after 9pm the price goes up to 6.99.

Very unprofessional & unfriendly staff member 1 guy. Touching boxes and everything then doing pizza! And what's with the gay flag. Get off politics and just do business as you should. No one cares about what you support.
