I had a very disappointing experience with Nando?s Kilburn when ordering via Deliveroo. Within just two minutes of placing the order, I called the branch to request leg pieces instead of breast for the quarter chicken. The manager initially claimed the order had already been packed, which I highly doubt given how quickly I called. He then changed his explanation and said the order had already been collected, even though the Deliveroo app clearly showed it was still being prepared.
When I tried to ask why I could not just call and specify what I wanted, and questioned how the order could have been collected when he had just told me it was still there seconds earlier, I was told that you can only choose what cut you want when dining in. This seemed strange and made very little sense.
When I called back and politely asked for the manager?s name, without even mentioning that I wanted to raise a complaint, he refused to provide it and hung up on me.
Unhelpful, dismissive and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from this branch again. Nando?s should seriously review how this location is being managed.

I just ordered chicken pita from the one in Kilburn and it was the worst chicken pita I?ve ever had.
The chicken was really dry and hard to chew and the bread was so old that broke to pieces as soon as I took it out of the box. I don?t know what is happening to Nandos . I guess there is no manager or supervision in that place. Shame

It?s ok as a place! But no atmosphere no personality for staff or business it just makes it like any other chicken place with higher prices! Food quality is ok! I asked for well done chicken unfortunately both came medium! Not really very organised!

Not happy with Nandos Kilburn.
Fries come with a lot of oil and the Tomato they didn?t cut properly.

I visited this Nando?s one the Kilburn street it was great experience especially I tried many Nando?s in India , Qatar , Saudi Arabia , Dubai , Bahrain, and now London it?s halal branch if any Muslim like to try this branch the atmosphere was great but the food was little delay but that not effect on this experience great job and keep going Nando?s family
