Really enjoy visiting this nandos whenever I am in West Hampstead. It always has a great atmosphere, the layout of the restaurant is great and the staff are always wonderful - and of course the food is perfect!

Don't order for delivery through Deliveroo - unless you're prepared for a long wait! We put in an order at 7.59pm last night, promised delivery 20-25 minutes and it was actually delivered after 1hour 10 mins at 9.10pm. We only live 5 minutes away. It seems that Nando's put Deliveroo orders at the bottom of their priorities.

I visit nandos once a week and I love the food but when the service is great the experience is so much better. I want to shout out for 1 staff member called Mimi who made us feel special and gave us 5 star service. West hampstead branch

Food was on point!! Boneless chicken thighs cooked perfectly and service was incredible can tell the team worked well together special thanks to Aiden for super welcoming charisma and passion - rare to find people of such high caliber. Thanks man

I have been here several times when staying with friends. I was impressed when we were asked this time if anyone had any food allergies.
2 of us had the same burger which was really nice but
I was the only 1 that had coleslaw and didn't really like the taste. That evening I was extremely ill. My friend had to get advice and medication from her local pharmacist. I had to see an emergency Gp as my symptoms had not improved after 3 days

This is my favourite spot for takeaway. The chicken livers and halloumi sticks are the best , cooked perfectly and rich in flavour.
Service is always friendly and order is fresh, hot and ready in time. Looking forward to collect more rewards and come back. x
