Dropped in with wife and daughter for a Mcflurry each. On a got day like yesterday 35°c, what a relief that hadn't turned the ice-cream machine off. The ToffeeCrisp McF was I must admit very disappointing. The Smarties one was lovely though.

Terrible service I order a sugar coke and was given a coke without syrup I told the staff to replace the drink for me, and to fill up the syrup for the coke machine. The manger came back and handed me a drink that did not have sugar in it. It?s quite annoying that when I retuned to explain that I ordered a sugar coke (which I paid for) they all looked at me as if I was a nuisance. I?m never one to get upset a fast food service but the attitude here is through the roof. I waited another 10 min ate my food then they handed me the drink I ordered. Ridiculous.

Very slow service! Staff give the impression they dont care about customers. Orders appear on screen ready for collection, so go collect only to wait another 10 mins for them to find it. Their automated order system and the speed of their work are completely out of the sink. If you say anything, staff become rude and argumentative towards customers who have the right to complain.

Appallingly rude staff who appear to want to shame their customers for asking to use the loo. I have rarely been spoken to in such a misandric and dismissive manner. It is both offensive and enraging. I then walked a half hour to Wetherspoon's instead. There, I could use the loo before ordering the same products more affordably.
Imagine, to be tarred with a thuggery brush as a potential customer. I purposely downloaded the App for table service due to a health condition. What is the point? Shame on Macdonalds and its ill-mannered manager. If I spoke to staff in the same way, I would be asked to leave and rightly so.
And for your information, I have worked at McDonald's myself, as a student, in the 1980s.

I recently visited the McDonald's branch in Kilburn, London and encountered a recurring issue?the charging outlets provided for customers have been out of order for an extended period. Despite their presence, they remain completely non-functional, raising concerns about whether they were deliberately disabled or if McDonald's is simply failing to maintain and repair these amenities in a timely manner.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, businesses must provide services with reasonable care and skill, ensuring that advertised facilities function as expected. The prolonged outage of these outlets may constitute a failure to meet this standard, as customers reasonably expect to be able to charge their devices while dining.
Furthermore, given the increasing reliance on electronic devices, McDonald's should ensure regular maintenance of its facilities, especially when electrical outlets are available on-site. If these amenities are offered, they should be operational and accessible, rather than giving customers false expectations.
I formally request clarification and corrective action regarding this matter and would appreciate an official response detailing McDonald?s plan to resolve the issue.
