Customer service not good at all, just brought a pair of trainers which were thrown down the shaft or whatever it is, you could hear it land, when I turned around the guy open the door and my shoes were upside down near the wall. I had to come back for a different box as mine got dented when throw down ,the lady at the till looked so moody, before I was about to pay I was going to press the x (bad) for feedback or satisfaction and before I could she quickly turned the machine around, so she could do it herself and press the tick (good) very bad service, do not recommend at all! Why is trainers thrown down and the guy asked me why whats wrong with them because I wanted a new box!!

I had a rare good jd store experience today. Helpful and kind staff and a store manager called Daniel who was very polite professional and helpful, I had problems with an online order and he took the time to patiently help to try and sort it, so thank you!

Commenting on behalf of my mum. She said the manager in store was lovely and so helpful. Around 5:30 pm today is when she was there. She was turned away at others stores for trying to exchange as she didn?t have the box for the brand new trainers she got elsewhere. Thank you so much for being so understanding and having great customer service. Look forward to coming back.

There is no air con in the basement and the air is very humid which i feel is uncomfortable because some customers have breathing problems and its not good for health and safety please take action as soon as possible
