Great pharmacy, I?ve been coming here for a long time. Jaz has always been so friendly and helpful whenever I visit and the staff always go above and beyond for their customers. Today I had to rush to get there just as they were closing, as I?ll be away for quite some time. The two ladies kindly opened up and let me in so I could get my medication, which really shows the level of care they have for their customers. I don?t know the names of the two ladies who helped me, but please thank them again on my behalf ??

I?ve been coming to this pharmacy for a while and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always friendly, professional and willing to help. Whether it?s filling prescriptions, answering questions about otc products, or giving advice on medications, they take the time to make sure I fully understand everything. The store is clean, well-organized, and always well-stocked. Highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable service and knowledgeable staff!

Such a helpful pharmacy and all the staff are so kind! The GP had messed my prescription up however the pharmacy were kind enough to fix it for me. zainab and ayah were so patient with me and managed to fix it for me straight away. Rose also gave me a free blood pressure check as she knew it was something i was anxious about. Jaz also taught me how to use the collection point so I don?t have to queue up anymore .

My practice educator was very supportive and provided clear guidance throughout my placement. They were always approachable and kind, which created a comfortable environment for learning. They shared useful advice that I will definitely carry forward, both for my pre-registration year and in my future career as a pharmacist. Their ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably really helped me grow and build confidence. Jaz and Rose and Zainab were really kind and supportive thank you and for everything.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Day Lewis several times, and each experience has been outstanding. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any questions I have. During my last visit, I had a question about a new prescription and Zainab and Ayah took extra time to walk me through how the medication works and its potential side effects. I really appreciated their patience and clear explanations. The pharmacy is always clean, organised, and well-stocked with everything I need. I highly recommend Day Lewis Kilburn for their excellent service, personalised care, and dedication to the community!

I had such a great experience at Day Lewis Pharmacy that I had to leave a review! I went in to pick up some over-the-counter items and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming the staff were. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a smile, and it made my day instantly better.
I was looking for a specific brand of allergy medicine, but they were out of stock. Instead of just saying they didn?t have it, the staff went above and beyond by suggesting an equally effective alternative. The staff took the time to explain the differences.
What really impressed me was the level of customer care ? they didn?t just help me find what I needed, but they made sure I was fully informed and felt valued as a customer. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and there are many different services available.
I will definitely be returning for all my health and wellness needs. Highly recommend this pharmacy! The staff truly cares about its customers.
