Other than no internet service, this place is a home run! Great service in a small storefront with seating inside and out. The coffee is so good, weather you getting a latte or a cappuccino or americano you will not go without, friendly service and very clean. This is a chain but I couldn't tell you how big. The only suggestion I have is be aware of your surroundings, things can disappear very quickly, they have no camera system in the outside so watch out! So they also sell pastries and heated items. They really try harder. So go enjoy a cup of coffee!

I?ve been going here years but for some reason on this occasion there seems to be some infestation of flies? Little fruit flys it seems like. It really ruined the experience

One of my favourite Costa. Never had a bad cappuccino or Hot ? Chocolate. Hot ? Chocolate delicious. Only held here needed to use toilet which is under lock. Prices are always rising and no informing customers. Lack of communication downfall. Otherwise this branch remains in a league with only a few competitors.

AWFUL, lured me with temptation of sticky latte & whipped cream & powder & stars on the top served in a clear glass. The glasses as just for display. What I got was latte in a cheap paper cup as whipped cream is finished but told me only after they served. THIS IS THE LAST TIME A VISIT ANY COSTA BRANCH. Unfortunately the only way to get a good service in London is to go to an upscale cafe and pay more even though £4.50 for a HORRIBLE COFFEE is already expensive. To make things worse there are families with kids crying screaming the hell out of them and the area near the toilet is riddled with flies.

The staff doesn?t know wow to make coffee-or the person who served me today as they are changing quite often (even before I haven?t had a great experience). For example in a big cup of full hot milk she poured(dumped) the coffee and that was it (and then the latte was extremely hot and done in the same way?)There are lots of videos online if they don?t have experience?
