Vast range of cards for cheap which is good. Cute extras eg candles. So that makes it four star but the wait for the helium balloons is always lengthy and the balloons deflate quickly it's like they use cheap helium.

Staff need training on how to deal with customers. Unnecessary queues whilst staff are chatting away at the toll point. No eye contact and unwilling to help.
