Good shop sometimes very busy and hard to get to as limited parking spaces and you need to stay in the queue for quite a while. No cutting service, this is another limitation. Otherwise all good.

First class service from Rupesh and Shane in the West Hampstead showroom which is a treasure trove of samples to choose from. I have just bought everything for my new kitchen and shower room and I?m delighted. Helpful and expert recommendations, and very patient. They sell top quality brands, and have fast delivery. Why go anywhere else?!

One of the worst run builders depo going. You have to hold their hand through the entire process. Constantly reminding them that you have placed and paid for an order. My order was late even though it was ordered and paid for weeks in advance. Once I received my order half of it was unusable as it looked like it had been dragged through the streets by hand to get here. I then had to go through 5 different people to try and get a refund sorted. Once they had collected the goods I then had to call them AGAIN to get my refund. At this point I may as well be on commission from Buildersdepo as I?ve done half the work for them. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone. Please be aware of the customer service!

Shocking service from George. C. Quoted me, took my money and then told me that they don't deliver outside London, despite having pallets from them before, I spend many ££££s a year, not anymore!!! Couldn't care less attitude.

Very reasonably priced, parking a bit tight, but the chap on the road done his best, and was very helpful when loading, one chap a the sales counter keept going on about another branch that got the delivery day wrong to his customer, after the customer left the sales assistant kept moaning, this happen, it was very off putting first in thing in the morning, very well done overall... ??
