There aren't any Aldi stores near me (Acton) so I got up early on a Saturday to visit this store. On arriving realised there isn't any parking but fortunately found a space down a side road. It proved a bad decision getting there so early as the staff were all busy stocking shelves, and there were boxes in the aisles. Navigating past these proved a frustrating experience, I thought all this would have been done before the store opened. Reasonable selection of items although not comprehensive enough to do a full shop. Quality of fruit and veg looks decent and prices certainly cheaper than the big brand supermarkets. The pay points are really small, I had to split my shop into 2 separate transactions as there was no chance i could get all my items onto the puny counters. Staff seemed friendly enough. Saved a bit of money but found the shopping experience pretty grim, and with the lack of parking I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

Went in for some water, could not find any small bottles, had to buy 6 x big 2l bottles. They were cheaper than other shops.

Aldi is indeed the home of quality at the right price. That's where I always go for seeded bread ?. It is the right place for low - or high budget shopping that amazes one.

Basic and quality products in a wide range of foods. Ideal for shopping on a budget. It?s good honest good and you can certainly obtain good value on a range of both fresh and frozen goods. They copy many well known brands producing clever imitation that taste just as good as the original expensive brand particularly when it comes to fizzy drinks. I?m a Pepsi and a Coke connoisseur and yeah, I?ll give them out of 10 for their own brand version of twisted fruit fizzy drink. It?s open till late and often very quiet late by that time the boxes are everywhere and shelter emptying it might be the best time to go because they?re still a good range of food yet you haven?t got there problem with queueing and lots of people in front of you The checkout I?ve given fast as I?ve always got plenty of people ready to assist you and provide you with carrier bags well done Aldi

Great staff always friendly and helpful normally well stocked the only thing is the tills.Very few of them take cash mostly card only and will be waiting a long time sometimes if paying by cash.

I appeal to the top management - the CEO of the company to look into this matter personally.
Aldi - Kilburn High road
- Today 16th May, Friday - whoever manager was working around between 4 & 5 pm was extremely rude. The staff member serving on till was the worst - The man with the glasses. The manager was a white man with little beard-moustache and a mid length hair.
I request you to take the severe actions against them. Punish them.
Absolute nightmare of the customer service.
I wish I had seen their name. Out of decency, I didn?t call the police and get the store closed on the stop.
I hope that I don?t see them anymore.
I am a regular, loyal customer and going to buy something tomorrow only.

We often buy evap milk in bulk and the team is hardly co-operative, mostly they refuse to help and today they asked us to scan 24 cans instead they show customer service and do it direct on scanner by putting count on system, very disappointing attitude, we are customers we expect service Aldi kilburn staff treat customers very rudely so disappointing.
