Initially we very nervous about getting a ceramic coating even considered cancelling the appointment the night before, especially my wife who was very reluctant to get a coating (thinking it was a waste of money). We wondered whether it would be worth the cost, given the value of the car; whether we would get the same level of attention, care as cars costing eight times more.In the end we went ahead and are delighted that had the coating done, the car has an amazing reflective gloss and shine to it, that polishing did not achieve, even though it?s the same car as before the coating makes it look different. Before the coating nobody gave the Yaris a second look, now we catch people staring at it all the time. The coating has also made the car a breeze to clean as dirt does not stick to the car anymore.I cannot recommend Marvin enough to anyone looking at getting a ceramic coating. He is extremely knowledgeable, treated us amazingly well, talking us through the process, sending update photos and advising on products to maintain the coating, even calling us a taxi to get home when we dropped the car off. My wife who thought it would be a waste of money beforehand is over the moon at the way the car looks now and has said that a ceramic coating was worth every penny and is a must on any future car.If you are thinking about getting a ceramic coating Marvin and Wowfactors is where you need to head. He can take an average car and make it look amazing.

Had my new car detailed and ceramic coated by Wow Factors recently and very pleased with the results. I was on the fence about the whole idea of ceramic coating, but I am do glad I went for it - I've had people commenting on how smart the car looks after the detailing and coating. The results have been noticeably better compared to some of my mates' cars, so I can only assume it is the detailer that made the difference as opposed to the product itself. Marvin is a true car enthusiast and that clearly reflects in his attention to detail. Will certainly be using him again for my next car.Given the positive experience I even went ahead and booked regular valeting of the car, and can happily affirm that the valeting team does an equally meticulous job as Marvin.

Firstly, I'd highly recommend using Wow Factors! Following some great advice from Marvin, I decided to have a CSL ceramic coating on my vehicle. Needless to say, I was delighted with the outcome. Wow Factors did an amazing job on my GR Yaris to get it ceramic coated with gtechniq serum. They are extremely professional and sent me updates, images and videos of the whole process, which also included a machine polish, cs armour for the wheels (wheels off), glass coating and interior valet. The results speak for themselves. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

What can I say!! I had my car detailed and Gtechniq crystal serum ultra ceramic coated by Marvin at Wow Factors car detailing. I have to say I was so impressed with Marvin's knowledge and professionalism, he was always happy to talk/answer messages before i turned up, when i arrived i knew i had made the right choice . Having the progress pictures was a very nice touch. I was blown away at just how amazing my car looked when I collected her. Marvin then spent time to go through the products I needed to keep her in such good condition. I have never had a car ceramic coated before and was a bit sceptical as to how much better it is than the typical branded dealer applied paint protection system especially on a car only a few months old. Well, the difference is monumental! My car has a depth of shine I never could have imagined, the metallic base absolutely glistens and there is not the tiniest "swirl" mark anywhere!Dealing with Wow Factors was an absolute pleasure from start to finish - Marvin met me out of hours to drop off the car and even gave me a lift home. He guided me through the whole process, kept me up to date with progress with photos. My car came back fully valeted and looking better than it did brand new. I was a bit sceptical about ceramic coating but I started to search and decided to do it on my new X5 2022 . I chose Marvin as his reviews are very good (and I found out are true as well ,after the well done job) . Met Marvin at the detailing place and explained me the benefits of the ceramic coating . I made my mind on GTechniq ,after days of searching as reading . He even dropped me to the near train station , so thanks for that .
