Best coffee shop in town! Lakyah isn?t just a barista?she?s a coffee artist and part-time therapist. The late was so good it made me question every mediocre cup I?ve had before. 10/10 would let Lakyah caffeinate my soul again!

Hassan is the best barista with an amazing service. Whenever I go to this Kentish Town Pret he always welcomes me with all of his heart and a good smile. He always makes my day better! I highly recommended visiting this Pret, especially when Hassan is there.

Today after a rough night of sleep I was going to work and decided to stop for a coffee and head to work, there was a customer in front of me and I was fighting with Siri on my telephone (as usual) the two girls behind the counter were so lovely when I asked my coffee to be warm as I can?t tolerate very hot drinks, the girl who I assume was the barista told me: 43 degrees fine? And I said; I suppose so well the coffee was perfect the girls were very nice and welcoming so that was all I needed to start my day!!! Thank you girls for making my life easier ???

I bought a vegan cookie through uber eats but unfortunately the biscuit is rock hard and inedible.
Uber eats will not help me get a refund and Pret a manger in Kentish town do not answer the phone.
I am dissapointed as their food is pricey and I have to throw the biscuit in the bin.
I would never buy from Pret a manger again. I will stick to Costa, Starbucks and Caffe Nero.

I come here regularly. The service is always fantastic, the baristas are jovial and the food and drink fridges are well-stocked. Seems to be that most staff enjoy working here, reflects well on the management team. Losing a star only because the aircon in the back seems to be constantly on full blast, and it feels just a little bit too uncomfortable in the seating area to enjoy my lunch. Cheers!

All the staff in pret are so kind & friendly! They?re always super chatty and always have smiles for there customers
Dietary restrictions: I have crohns and I do find they don?t really have any white bread sandwiches only baguettes of cheese or tuna which does get boring! It would be nice to have a sandwich option

My first visit ever ,02/09/2024 I'm not a local person.
Walked in nobody was around I was the only customer ,then another customer walked in and she was served before me because of she was a regular ofcourse the blue haired young lady Barrister she immediately recognised her and said Large latte?
I was served after her I could have just walk away with my coffee because of I was not asked to make the payment,
Then another worker she appeared and I said to her that I want to pay (she looks like a supervisor)
Then she arranged the payment but for cup of Americano I was not going to pay for £4.50 I reminded her that I'm only having Americano she apologised and said I thought you were having a latte.
Not a great place to be where they put locals first You may visit but I won't again.
Ps.Im typing this from inside of this kentish town branch.
