Ordered delivery from them 2 times and had missing or wrong items both times. Don't bother ordering your food won't come.

Awful service at Kentish and not the first time, wow I asked if I could have the bagel warm and was blunty and rudely to me saying ?no?by the lady supervisor and when I asked why as there is an oven for hot sandwiches she gave me a stink face expecting me to understand her!
The attitude is beyond me, too early and never want to be served in that way!
Supervisor Christine was even more shocking to know she was a supervisor.

I rarely go to Gregg's anymore and today was a reminder why. The Kentish Town branch needs some of its staff trained in customer service.I went in to buy a pie and doughnuts for someone, i realised and asked for a bag after payment. The eastern european girl who was there with a clipboard started acting bothered, waved her hand continuously in a dismissive manner towards myself, as if to shoo me, whilst telling her Asian female colleague to give me a bag. I didn't ask for a freebie considering I paid for the food, a bag would cost peanuts next to that.Some basic customer service or even manners would have been good.She was so utterly disappointing.That along with the chubby black man that worked there during covid, and who asked me to move out of the way of customers (as if i wasn't a customer) whilst i was standing in a corner loading my contactless app to order. He ended up telling me to leave if i wasn't ordering despite me telling him why I was standing there. So I took his suggestion and left. Greggs really should consider having only customer focused staff at counter,and those more interested in their ovens and clipboards than people,in other roles in the business. I think that's me not in a rush to come back for another few years.

Steak bake was undercooked and soft, spilling over the bag. Just not great as it used to be. The guy who served me, Leo I guess, came across very unpleasant, passive aggressive and also mouthy towards his colleagues. It was an awful experience.

I always have a fantastic experience at this Greggs. The staff is exceptionally friendly and guided me through the app and available deals - now they keep reminding me to scan my Greggs QR code, which is awesome! The food is delicious: I enjoy the pastries and even more the sandwiches (hot and cold!). For someone who wasn't Greggs customer long ago, I am impressed. I appreciate all female staff members and the young lad for their commitment to providing top-notch customer service. The shop leadership team should be proud of it. I'll definitely be returning soon as we as my colleagues (now all regulars)!

Gotta love a Greggs. I like the Quorn ham and vegan cheese baguette but they run out quickly. Also had problems with them not wanting me to use the Greggs app. I'd also like it if they sold potato wedges like many other Greggs do.

Monday 15 may went in for takeaway coffeeGuy behind counter was unfriendly,a customer stole a sandwich and ran from shop it happened quicklyA female staff member threw a towel at him which flew passed my face,she then proceeded to chase him.I commented that are you really going to tackle someone to floor for sandwichShe then turned on me shouting and being unprofessional and abusive tone.I explained I don?t agree with theft but you still can?t get physical and aggressive and you are now shouting aggressively at me.She was still shouting as I left the shop and as I crossed the road I could still hear her shouting.Won?t be back!Greggs what happened your staff a few years ago were friendly and professional ?Disgusting behaviour from Greggs staff
