Has a huge range of knowledge to do with the DVLA, cheapest way to get passports and always explains the postage rates carefully. He knows many people by name and face and is extremely conscientious in all that he does.Any problems with the opening hours are due to the fact that #PostOffice management won’t put more than one member of staff on the counter. Of course, staff need breaks for the bathroom and eating. They aren’t robots and shouldn’t be expected to be.This Post Office is a major asset to the community.”
