Good little shop, consistently good stock. I?ve gotten a few favorite pieces here for very good prices. However, opening times are quite inconsistent. Often, they will close in the middle of the day or earlier than posted.
I will say, the woman working today was very kind and patient when handling an unnecessarily rude customer and a technical malfunction simultaneously. She was lovely and very professional!

Horrified by how the volunteer treated me today - I arrived 5.01pm after running to make it asap and while he opened the door and basically grabbed the bag out of my hands.. i said can you please put my name against it for gift aid, it is better for the charity if they get additional donation from the government. He said it is better for him to leave at exactly 5pm!!!!
I have been bringing items to this charity shop for years and always have been treated nicely. Whoever was the man at the kentish town shop at 5pm on 30Sept should not be working there.

Great shop for trousers and kitchen supplies- however beware. They close before the stated time in Google and in their own shop window. Arrive at 17:15, and it was already closed. The shop keeper in the back would not open the door despite seeing me to return an item. Poor shop management services.
