Security is very rude. I tried to come in to the shop today and security not allowed me to come in because of my coffee. I ask where I can leave the cup and he said just on the street outside!?! What ?

I visited this Zara this evening, 5 minutes before the store closes, to return an article. The security guard kindly allowed me to quickly go to the cash desk on the first floor. There was only one sale assistant, a lovely young lady who kindly processed my return whilst acknowledging another customer who needed her help. In short, I had a great experience. Thank you again to this lovely lady for her excellent customer service. She deserves a pay rise ?

Such a joke, staff and manager are rude as hell to people spending ALOT of money. Can't answer simple questions about fabrics and know nothing about clothes.

Understaffed and shop is far too hot.
Took 15 minutes at checkout. 30 customers waiting and only 2 staff at checkout - one of which was a trainee.

The worst store to go to, staff are rude unprofessional and they always leave one staff at the refunds/exchange cashier which is very frustrating, a customer had 3 big zara bags full of returns and was taking her time by taking guesses whether the order email confirmation is on her phone or her friend?s phone, 25 minutes in the queue and no one was willing to come serve me or the people behind me in the queue despite having 3 other staff members walking up and down the shop floor one of which is a manager! I always regret visiting this store but because it is very close to my work place I go do my shopping there, I am super super disappointed and frustrated at how poorly zara is managed!!!
