We were sent an email saying that if we come to Zara Home in Kensington today (26 August) we get a free tote bag. Nothing about making a purchase. We went there and asked about it; and showed the email; the staff member who knew nothing about it showed the email to the manager who said that we needed to make a purchase of above £70 to get a tote bag. Nothing about this in the email. Zara Home: this is deceptive advertising and you should be ashamed of yourselves (in addition to it being illegal).

I'm writing this review for Zara Home, not this particular shop! There's absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for the online purchases! If you order something that is a bit larger and you want to return they require it to be by home pick up. Online it says this should cost £1.95 but they charge you £5.99 and they give you a 48H (!!!) window for the pickup!! like you have nothing to do but to sit at home waiting for them! When you try to contact the customer service, since there is only chat, it invariably goes to (they say!) Zara fashion! the agent will tell you to go to the chat on the Zara Home website and you will and it will be the same! They'll say they're not Zara Home! It's nuts!!!! You cannot get assistance anywhere!!

A nightmare to return a item from Zara home!You can?t returns it in a regular Zara store , it has to be Zara home .High Street Kensington store is closed for refurbishment, but the website or Google do not mention anything. I came all the way from Wimbledon and completely waste my time !They close few stores ? so , it?s very difficult to found a Zara home store!I won?t buy from them anymore.I have no time to try to found a Zara home store that is actually opened!

This shop doesn?t open at promises time. Staff running back and forth with some stock in trolleys at 10:05. Three employees saw a couple of customers outside the shop getting wet under this morning?s drizzle and no one even came to the door to explain when the shop would be open and what on earth was going on.Not coming back.

Terrible! Bough so many items and pairs for delivery for the same day . I needed urgently I never got the delivery and no one is picking up .The manager has no social skills the way she talks to the clients is a joke .I called the shop 50 times to chase up the delivery no one is answering the phone ??Nice ?costumer service!

Everything looks nice on the website and shops, and then I found out that these really are the worst quality of any homeware products I have ever purchased. I've had face towel and towels that just kept shedding and leave fluff all over my face and body. A floor mat that bleeds colour and left everything else in the same laundry load yellow. A water jug that is not glazed properly so the bottom leaks moisture - ruined a timber veneer commode, left a huge water mark. The lack of quality is astonishing. I've learned better to shop elsewhere now.

This is a message for senior management. Sunday 26 June. Whoever was the manager on the floor please either replace the manager or work on her soft skills. ?I don?t have to talk to you now? ?I don?t want to hear you? is not what you hired the person for. Total absence of soft skills and after trying to finish my sentence for a few times, I gave up. Total mess up with prices, labels and extra charging. Technical issues are fine (happens), management soft skills are totally lacking. Don?t even want to come near the shop again.
