I came in for a vegan plantbased sandwich as I was shopping nothing as usual again it is not difficult to have a few vegan sandwiches for your customers there are lots of ideas like vegan chicken and salad or vegan cheese and coslaw on crusty bread rollsI will have to make my own at home to take out next time

It is a huge Waitrose store at High Street Kensington. The staff are very friendly and polite. They have a wide range of vegetables,frozen food section and hot food sections. Also they have a very rich seafood section as well. The products are very fresh and taste. The prices are a bit higher than the Tesco and Lidl but serve high quality

No parking /collection. Floor plate not suitable for a major supermarket- confusing layout. Should move to a better site when possible.

Absolutely RACEST Staff. Really feel very badly treated all to ask simple questions. Call me so many bad names and told me go back where I come from. Ask to speak manager she end up calling security staff to escort me out.

The machine charged me double the amount. I met Sonia the manager and she sorted out the issue for me very quickly and professionally. I got a full refund and a £10 voucher. I look forward to shopping here again. Many thanks to Sonia.

It?s Waitrose, so can?t go wrong. But the layout is a bit of a maze - it?s London so work with what you can get I suppose. Spoilt by the Waitrose in Bath for 2.5 years so the bar is very high to be fair

Extremely rude staff. I am 35 and went to buy a bottle of wine. I kindly said hello and asked if I could get a bag, the check out agent said ?ID.? She went on to call her manager urgently because I did not have an ID. She could have just mentioned she couldn?t sell the wine because I didn?t have my ID. She made a scene and started giving moral lessons. Never met anymore so rude.

I have been going here for a year (out of necessity and due to proximity). I noticed that the workers here are extremely miserable, drained and have disgusting attitudes. They do not want to help customers but are rather more interested in chatting with each other and staring at what you are wearing from head to toe. This always happens to me. Stock is always diminished, and prices are exorbitant. Very dreary and depressing vibe in the store itself. Every week there is a new layout which is confusing. Just today a young Asian worker with glasses rolled her eyes (for no reason) as I walked passed. South Asian worker who styled herself as ?Selena? is notoriously known for her attitude and her treatment of local Kensington customers. Definitely do not recommend. Go to wholefoods, or Dimashqi, or tesco. I do not recommend this place at all.

This is a good sized store they have most items you could need. Unfortunately the service here is a bit under par, I feel the staff could 100% work on there people skills. Customer service experience poor

I visited this supermarket today, I had quite a few items in my basket and I was forced to use the baskets only till where they usually help you bag your groceries as there is no space to do it yourself, due to the partition. The gentleman at the till was in a rush. When I mentioned that they usually provide help with bagging on those tills he mentioned that they only do so whenever they feel like it. Both cashiers were horrible with an awful attitude! It is the second time I encounter bad attitude in that store!

I just googled Waitrose Kensington to check what time it closes tonight. I was surprised to see that this store has only a 3.9 star rating! I was actually surprised that people even wrote reviews about supermarkets, but I couldn?t leave the page without writing that this is, quite simply, the best supermarket in London. It?s the perfect size, not too large and overwhelming, but has everything you could possibly want. Waitrose products are always top of the range as far as normal supermarkets go, but what is key here is the staff. Since I moved to the area, the team at Waitrose have (genuinely) become friends! Angela, Joan, Carmen, to name a few. Everyone from the fish and meat counter to the security man guarding the champagne! Everyone has a smile on their face. Always happy to help. I talk about this Waitrose to everyone, it?s a joy to shop in! See you in 10 mins I need to come and buy some milk!
