Waitrose sells fruits and Madjool dates from illegal settlements in West Bank, Palestine (illegal as oer International, UK and UN Laws) under its own brand, with a made in Israel label. This must be illegal!!!!

I came in for a vegan plantbased sandwich as I was shopping nothing as usual again it is not difficult to have a few vegan sandwiches for your customers there are lots of ideas like vegan chicken and salad or vegan cheese and coslaw on crusty bread rollsI will have to make my own at home to take out next time

It is a huge Waitrose store at High Street Kensington. The staff are very friendly and polite. They have a wide range of vegetables,frozen food section and hot food sections. Also they have a very rich seafood section as well. The products are very fresh and taste. The prices are a bit higher than the Tesco and Lidl but serve high quality

No parking /collection. Floor plate not suitable for a major supermarket- confusing layout. Should move to a better site when possible.

Absolutely RACEST Staff. Really feel very badly treated all to ask simple questions. Call me so many bad names and told me go back where I come from. Ask to speak manager she end up calling security staff to escort me out.

The machine charged me double the amount. I met Sonia the manager and she sorted out the issue for me very quickly and professionally. I got a full refund and a £10 voucher. I look forward to shopping here again. Many thanks to Sonia.

It?s Waitrose, so can?t go wrong. But the layout is a bit of a maze - it?s London so work with what you can get I suppose. Spoilt by the Waitrose in Bath for 2.5 years so the bar is very high to be fair
