They stole my money and not delivered the food. The manager Patrick is extremely rude. He does want to be working and extremely unpleasant. This is worst experience I have ever had.

I?ve been eating at Wagamama every time I come to London since 1997, when there were many, many fewer locations. The food is consistently good, of high quality, and it?s a reliable place to eat when touring around London and looking for something easy, wholesome, and they isn?t readily available in most of the US. The concept still amazes me. My meal at the Kensington location was excellent. The chicken on the teriyaki soba could have been a little less cooked but otherwise everything was perfect. Service was quick, easy, and efficient, as always. Highly recommended.

The food was very good, they forgot my veg k dog and the girl who welcomed us wrote down our wrong number hahaha. Other than that, everything was very good, the food was delicious, the right size and good quantity.
Vegetarian options: I ate the vegan Kdog, which was very good and the champiñón was delicious, the salad was ok

Good selection of food. Service very quick. Fresh and every dish we ate was fantastic. Love the chilli chicken ramen. All the kids loves it too.
