The store have terrible sellers. One of them - oriental asked me to see if i had payed all. After five minutes I politely asked the indian female sellers to pit the trash in the basket. Then she asked to see the ticket of what i ?d bought AGAIN! Even after I said her colleague did the same minutes before. It was very unpleasant and I was with a chid in a rush. So I asked the manager Sara to do something about this and she just said its the rules of the store. So my advice-: DONT GO TO THIS STORE CAUSE THEY DONT TREAT THE BUYER AS THEY DESERVE. They also dont have clothes for children.

Click-and-collect check-in was fine. However, it took longer than I thought for them to find my order and bring it to me. The brand could provide some seating for people waiting to collect orders.

I'm taking advantage of my stay in London to go to this store that I don't have at home. I prefer to try and see with my own eyes. Quality, especially in the sweaters that I love, at a very reasonable price.
