Wasn't great. I was met with a lot of negativity rather than helpfulness right from the start. I couldn't wait to leave the salon as the experience didn't make me feel good and the haircut wasn't what I wanted. The finished look - looked no different than before... very little was done and it just became an expensive trim. The next day - I'd asked other people what do you think of my haircut: they told me there's no difference and was surprised I had a haircut. So disappointed!!

I?m so happy with the cut and finish I received today from Charley, she was lovely. I?m trying to grow my hair out after having a really bad cut two cuts ago ( not by Toni&Guy) and the length's just below my shoulders, I didn?t think I?d be able to have layers that looked good at this length but Charley talked me through what could be done without taking too much off. I?m so happy with the finished result. A big thank you from a very happy client!

Had my balayage with Charley, I normally would have highlights but Charley convinced me the appointment before this one to convert with the in depth explanation and making sure I understood perfectly and I?m glad I did, I went back for my top up as I love it so much, she is a lovely person and her assistant Grace is amazing to, Charley takes her time to make sure everything is done properly and gave me the even blend I was hoping for, Thank you so much to you both and I will be back.

I had a very bad cut previously and was not happy with the color of my hair. I booked into Toni and Guy the day I arrived in London. I had a great experience and now have a very good hair cut which will only look better and better as it begins to grow a little longer. Hair was cut by Kun. He was super nice and very experienced.
