Exceptional service. I took a badly-holed pair of shoes to be re-soled for a wedding a couple of days later, but was told they wouldn't be ready in time. I left my shoes for a polish instead, and was fully expecting to have to wear them with holes in. When I came to collect my shoes the gentleman had not only polished them perfectly, but applied some temporary rubber soles to see me through the wedding. Without charge, and without me asking him to.

I went to fix a defect on my watch strap and have the battery changed and it was done swiftly and neatly. No one would know any repair had been done to the strap.

Amazing service- had a lock for which we had lost the key and, having been to 3 other Locksmiths who couldn?t help, the guy in the shop found what we needed in seconds! Someone nicknamed doughnut?! Lovely guy :)

Not really as advertised for phone repair. More of a shoe repair and keymaking place that will send your phone to an outside vendor. The person working there was great and understood. No issues with staff. Maybe don't waste my time advertising phone repair when you are just kind advertising for someone else's service.
