For a restaurant claiming to be Italian....I expect you can cook proper pasta al dente...and when observed to hostess...she remarked but it's barilla...please...of you are charging london high street prices..give a proper service....in a pasta restaurant...pasta cooked properly is a necessary and elementary requirement....Punto e Basta.

Very delicious food and made at home, but we were a little hot, I imagine it is because the place is somewhat small and the regulations do not allow them to have it colder but it is true that the excessive heat made us feel less comfortable. We were talking to the manager and she is super nice and they treated us incredible. In addition, the bus stop to continue the route through London is at the door. Despite the heat, it is highly recommended.

I went there for dinner on the first day of my family's visit to London, and it was kid-friendly and very nice. Since the yen is cheap, I was grateful to be able to enjoy casual Italian food in this location, atmosphere, and price range.

Dined here last year, food, service and atmosphere were superb, The restaurant was full to capacity, a real feel of Italy! We so enjoyed we booked a table for our visit to London this year. Different management, food not nearly so good and no atmosphere. Restaurant was nearly empty, young members of staff were polite and helpful. A female staff member, we presumed to be the manageress was rude, belligerent and most unpleasant. No chance of ever returning to Spaghetti House Kensington until it changes management or perhaps ownership....!!

It was very nice there. The waitresses were very friendly and always asked about the well-being of the guests. I found the food very tasty and would recommend anyone who is in London to eat there, it is highly recommended

Very very good pasta! High prices, but considering the place it is located, not bad.

Long time fan of spaghetti house and go multiple times per year when in London but not been for a while til this week.
Food on this visit was almost as good as ever, although perhaps lacking a bit of salt. Service was arguably attentive in a way but came across too fussy and more we had the feeling of being constantly watched, which was quite uncomfortable.
But what brought me to Spaghetti House in the first place years ago and kept me coming back was the authentic first/second generation Italian kitchen and waiting staff. I?ve even recommended the place to Italian visitors and they?ve loved it. This USP seems to have been lost, at least at this location so it?s unlikely I?ll be back.

We had amazing and lovely food with a really kind, smiley and enthusiastic waiter who was very understanding and gave us all of our food quickly. Would definitely recommend to other people - past was particularly tasty!!
