I phoned to leave a message to Miss Farah that I was not able to turn up to the appointment at 1.30pm today (30/04/2026). But I spoke to one of their customers service operator who asked me security questions. I kept told him that I was not a customer yet and needed to pass a message but he was like an automatic machine with a questionnaire. Wow, it is terrible!! Completely brainwashed man!! No surprise that we have AI now.

i have three syllables to describe this place: stu pen and dous. Is what i would say if the manager wasnt kicking me out just due to my looks. Apparently my excessive tattoos were scaring other people? This place is a toxic environment where no work gets done. The boss is super harsh? would not recommend.

A great place to grab a desk space and work. It gets busy but i always find a spot to charge and do some work. Coffee served to you at the table is great!

Santander Work Cafe is an excellent space, especially for a business owner like myself who is in London from time to time. Free wifi, meeting rooms, power points, comfy chairs and tables, quiet and well designed. The cafe is a little expensive, but Santander customers get 30% off. The only change I'd make is to turn off the giant TV showing daytime TV, complete with sound ? doesn't really fit with the vibe or the audience. It could be moved to the general bank waiting area. And maybe real plants instead of fake plants. But overall: congrats Santander, this genuinely has made me consider your services.

Extremely rude customer service at the Kensington high street. An employee by the name of Tatiana is the rudest person I've ever come across in any business place u have ever entered. Santander must ssack this low class; no etiquette worker. Never have I been dealt with in such a manner in a bank in my life.

Went to this bank early in the morning. This was a saturday so the bank opened at 9:30am - and a few asian men/women, a few African men and I were waiting for the bank to open. As soon as the doors open, a lady (I am assuming is the manager) says good morning to everyone, but as she sees us she says "seems like the bus has arrived". A completely racist statement. Was this comment necessary?
Furthermore, some of us did not say good morning back to her (not out of malice, but just as it seemed she was saying it generally to all of us). Then, she comes to a few of us and says "I said good morning to you and you did not reply," in a commanding tone, then proceeds to ask us what we are doing inside the bank. What is the point of asking why I am inside a BANK, and in such a rude way?
My family have been banking for decades with Santander. The first banking service I used was Santander. Santander does a great job at many of its branches. Investigate this horrible woman in this branch.

Terrible experience in this branch for some Santander customers in Spain. They have fired us, reproaching us for not being able to say in the UK that we are Santander customers. But isn't it a global bank?
