Fix your queue time. Every single time I need to speak to a human I have to wait for at least 45min. It?s shameful to see all the old people who mostly need this service stand in the queue for 45min+ just to get any help

Very helpful! The portuguese department are a small team and unable to answer calls when dealing with customers. It is best to send an email to make an appointment or with any questions you may have.

Tried to call Santander totta at Kensington Branch six times but no one answered. Went inside and asked to have my father's card activated. They told me to use the Santander app to register. If they answered my call, I wouldn't have gone all the way to the branch.

Tried calling last 3 days to try and speak to someone phone rings for couple minutes then cuts off.And when you go there there not much help. Surprised that This branch hasn?t closed already.Easier to get on plane and go to Branch in Portugal.

What jokers.Called last week made appointment today arrived store is shut and was unable to call as their phone was off the hook.They picked up half hour past my appointment date and said they relocated last year.What kind of a mickey mouse organisation gives out appointments to a place that is shut no information on the page not very hard to update google.

Santander blocked my account for a payment they deemed suspicious. I phoned the customer service and even went to the branch in person to sort the issue. 72 hours later the issue is not resolved and I am still locked out from my main account. Many thanks to Adam Welsh from the branch for his help, but unfortunately this bank is totally disorganized, bureaucratic and provides an unacceptable customer service.

Walked in the pouring rain to get to this branch for an urgent matter to find out that they hadn?t updated their opening hours, even since Covid started, 18 months ago. Failed at such a basic bit of administration to make sure their details on Google are up to date. Massive inconvenience. I looked to see how many branches are open tomorrow in the area (Sat) and almost all don?t offer even minimal hours on a Sat eg 9-12. Santander used to provide good customer service 5 years ago, but has gone downhill in a big way.
