I?ve been waiting in a queue to print 6 pages for 35 minutes now and there?s still one person ahead of me. No sense of urgency from any of the staff and no other staff stepping in to help. Very poor service indeed!

The lady that handles the DHL deliveries is completely incompetent and rude. She was unhelpful and not willing to find a solution to something proven to be her ignorance. I had to call DHL and put her on the phone to show her how to do the process. She then apologized realizing it was her issue and not mine. I was polite to her and she was rude and unwilling to help. I am never visiting that store ever again.If there was 0/5 stars, I would select it.

The older female staff is really unfriendly and just says there is no stock, she don?t know what the stock is and I was very offended by the challenging tone of voice. Other Staff said it would come on Tuesday, but I am very disappointed with the second wasted time?I would rather buy it online, but it came last week and I am making my second visit this Tuesday.

(I apologise I forgot the managers' name ?) but I'll give 5?? to this store as everytime I go to their branch, the manager is very friendly, accomodating and helpful. he really got an excellent customer service. keep up the good work and all the best.

I use Rymans regularly and always find the staff there friendly and helpful. However, Hakeem at the High St Kensington branch deserves a special mention. I was in a queue with 3 or 4 people ahead of me waiting to be served by Hakeem, who was calmly and efficiently attending to each waiting customers need without showing any sign of pressure or fluster. I was so impressed that I was happy for the customer waiting behind me to go ahead of me. Pay rise for Hakeem highly recommended.

Had a *very* rush job for an A1 poster on a Saturday afternoon. I rang up and Osman was completely reassuring that they could do a good job quickly. I emailed the file, then phoned up to check it was all ok. As we were speaking Hamsa had checked it and was already printing it out and the poster was literally printed before the end of the (very quick) call. It came out perfectly and we collected it within the hour. The price was really reasonable and it was just so pleasant to work with such competent people.
