Staff a little off . Popped in with work clothes ( not pristine as a manual worker but am a regular customer with reiss)
In this day and age no reason to have this offish old school snobbery of staff .
Was looking to buy but tbh one of the staff were not welcoming and nonchalant to my request of a trouser online .
Will stick to st johns wood and Westfield branched much more friendly and accommodating and without staff stuck in the 1980s high end boutiques

Worst Customer Service Ever - Avoid at All Costs!
I had an absolutely awful experience shopping at this store, and I strongly recommend avoiding it if you value your money and time. I purchased a pair of trousers that were supposed to be delivered to their store. When I arrived to try them on, I discovered they were not only faulty but had clearly been worn by another customer. To make things even worse, they initially refused to return the item because it was registered under someone else?s name! How is that even possible?
After some back and forth, they finally managed to put the return under my name and claimed the refund was processed. Surprise, surprise?I never received my money back. When I called the store to resolve the issue, the lady I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. She didn't apologize once for the inconvenience or the mistake. Instead, she was in a rush and made me feel like I was the problem.
If you want to save yourself the headache and hassle, do yourself a favor and do not shop here. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their incompetence and lack of care are shocking.

The manager is prejudice at the very least, if not simply racist.Came in to pick up an online order and while waiting, I was trailed by the manager as she pretended to fix clothes on their hangers 5 feet away from me throughout my whole round around the store.

I?m totally upset with their poor customer service. I?ve order online and picked up from this branch and surprisingly they gave it to me by hanger and plastic cover . I asked for bag but he refused it.It seems I pick it up from Dry cleaning.

Not the best Reiss shop out there. They have a limited range of product as opposed to Westfield or sloane square despite the size of the shop.
