impossible to find out whether kensington branch is manned by real humans or just another collection of digital hurdles. the 0345 tel nr (allegedly for obtaining 'further information') cuts out every time i dial.

Opened account recently and just now closed it
as bad customer training/service and didn’t get the cash incentive for the switch (after the online account opening process that was quite long that’s didn’t expect)… so time wasting, not recommended.
