This is a favorite Nando's location for my family in London, as they offer halal chicken. While it can be busy, the staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly, especially with children and toddlers. The service is efficient, and they consistently check to ensure everything is satisfactory. It's always a pleasant experience, and their menu frequently features new items to explore. However, Nando's, in general, seems to be becoming somewhat expensive. Overall, the restaurant's atmosphere is agreeable, although I sometimes find it a bit dark, and the music can be quite loud. Aside from those minor points, it is a clean and convenient establishment.

The food did come early however it was not good. The chicken was barely lukewarm and the fries were soggy and cold, not good

We had a very disappointing experience during our visit. The food was served cold, and the service was extremely poor. To make things worse, the toilet was flooded, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a well-known brand.
When we raised our concerns with the manager, his attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. As visitors from Pakistan, we were especially surprised because the same brand offers far better service and standards back home.
We expected a much higher level of quality and customer care. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations.

I went to Nando?s to order/ take away . The place was very organised & menu is easy to read and find what you fancy
Straight to the till , welcomed by lovely member of the staff ordered our food , swiped my Nando card for points , paid and sat on a small waiting area which has wooden stools to sit on and wait for ur order
Restaurant is on the main road , you need to find parking on the streets near by , has a large seating area
Less than 25 minutes and order was ready , the lady brought our food , explained each box and made sure I am happy then offered me sauces like ketchup , mayo etc . She was generous & polite
Food was delicious & fresh , we really enjoyed it

Feel like it?s under new management because the food was ready within 5/10mins and it was outstanding. Fresh, clean, tasty. Great service too! Plus the hot weather all round amazing experience.

Like all Nando?s the ordering has its faults. I always have something missing and I have to sort out myself and this was no exception. Had to show the staff my order for them to bring me a glass for a bottomless drink order.

We came across Nando?s by chance for a quick meal. Branch of high street Kensington. I rarely leave reviews except when something different good or bad happens. I?m writing this in respect to the branch manager i guess with the name tag ?Mehmet? (as i remember), june 12 night. He was very genuine when my 5 year old threw up before the food came, he was very caring, refused to let us help in cleaning and insisted on cleaning it and disinfecting the place himself other than let his subordinates do the job, from what i saw, I believe he had some precautions on mind disinfecting properly and using the appropriate tools which makes sense for me running a restaurant so that others are safe.
He later came to check on the kid many times out of concern. Went an extra mile making sure that the kid is not embarrassed in-front of others, ar the same time making sure other customers are comfortable and reassured.
You can teach a manager how to run a branch, but a genuine attitude like this you can?t teach.
