Hello, I ordered food from McDonald's yesterday, but the delivery driver didn't deliver it to the address on the order and didn't inform me of the actual delivery location. I've tried to contact them multiple times to ask, but I still haven't received any reply. This has affected my legitimate rights and interests. If I don't get a clear handling and response by today, I will choose to call the police tomorrow. Please verify the situation as soon as possible and contact me to explain, thank you.

Fear enough, this branch was one of the worst ever eating experince. Fries were cold, beef was maybe prepared hours before my order. Such a disappointment.

I'm just here to say (I think I read her badge as Lilian) is an asset to your team. She brought our food to us, helped me with an issue with the machine and she took my tray and said she would clean it. I watched her be friendly to the visitors and clean the trays well. Well done.

One of the cleanest McDonalds in London. They have enough staff to prepare the food, u get it very fast. There was a guy who cleaning the table and the place nonstop. I giving 10/10 for the staff, they doing a great job!

I regularly visit this McDonald?s and generally have no complaints, but there is a staff member ? a Black lady responsible for cleaning ? whose behavior has been consistently uncomfortable and off-putting. This is not a one-off experience; I?ve noticed it several times, and after checking Google reviews, I?ve seen others have had similar issues.
She often cleans in a way that invades customers? personal space, wiping tables or mopping floors very close to people while they?re eating or ordering, without any sense of social awareness or courtesy. There?s no ?excuse me,? ?please,? or ?thank you? ? just abrupt actions and a rude tone.
In particular, she frequently closes off self-order screens with wet floor signs without any explanation, and when customers naturally go to use them, she snaps at them or gives dirty looks instead of politely directing them to a different screen. If anyone accidentally steps where she just mopped, she reacts with visible frustration and attitude, making the whole experience unpleasant.
I genuinely think this needs to be addressed by management. It?s part of basic customer service to be courteous and respectful ? especially in a public space where families, children, and tourists come. Cleanliness is appreciated, but not when it?s handled in such a hostile and unfriendly way. A little communication and basic manners go a long way.

This guy who?s calling him self a MANAGER MR? SANDEY ? insults me and been very aggressive while he refuses to give me the food that I paid for and he refuse to gives me refund! Claiming that he can?t see my order number coz of system issue ?. And he been very disrespectful and had a bad attitude and doesn?t wanna take responsibility instead of he apology and try to sort he?s system issue he prefer to be rude and ask me to sort out the issue with my bank loll he was doing he?s best to NOT HELP!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL
