I had a slight problem with one of the bottles I?d bought so returned the others without trying them. The manager accepted them all back, instantly and without discussion, and credited me also with the one I had opened and not returned?Don?t marketing people realise this is the way to behave, and make friends for life?????Thank you majestic, thank you manager, I shall do whatever I can to recommend you to all my friends?

As always with majestic the staff are so friendly. Kate helped us choosing wines for a party and really listened to what we wanted and suggested wines within that but also showed us a couple we would never have thought of, which we actually ended up going for. Can't praise this place enough.
