The checkout process is DISASTER!!!. This is a large store and only 2 persons at the cashier and all the self checkout machines are out of order. Always a queue of 10 to 15 customers!very disappointing that after all these reviews by other customers the management doesn?t do anything to fix this issue !

20min wait at the till on a quiet Tuesday afternoon with only one person in front of the queue. Why? Because they only had one till open, and there were discussions over a refund. Me and the other girl in front asked several times whether they can?t just open the second till, but they ignored us. There were two other members of staff also running around behind the till, but no one thought of checking out the waiting customers. So unorganised and unnecessary.

Disappointed in my experience at the store today. I shop here regularly and queued up to use the tills as all self checkouts are closed upstairs and they removed the tills
they once had upstairs. I was served then half way through , the employee went to help a customer on self checkout . I already waited to be served and I was told they were there first! Unbelieve and rude responses from both employees. How about have specific staff in self checkout or even better open up all the self checkouts you have in store if you don't have enough staff ... . I Will be returning the items I brought today as this experience has left a bitter taste of H and M!

So, this seems to be the only location in the city that has kids clothes. So, here we are. Kids are located DOWN on the lower floor with household. Decent variety. NO DRESSING ROOM.
So, UP we go to the next floor, to wait in line. 8 garments per room. We had to do some running back and forth, UP and DOWN. However, the changing room attendants were lovely and let us hog up a room to get it right; they even gave us a rack at the front because we had so much. The register line was ridiculous so we went back DOWN to an empty desk, then trudged back UP to leave.
Interesting experience.

Cannot express how ridiculously slow the staff are at serving people. They run on literal snail time and only ever have ONE cash register open, with multiple staff standing around talking or observing.
The line was getting up to the escalators and still no sign of the other till opening. Literally so ridiculous.

Why is H&M place taking cash only on high st Kensington ?? Who carries cash these days? The self service takes card, two of the machines out of order. Main tills - cash only, very fishy, queues are massive. I can?t be bothered to shop here again, M&S better service, tills take card & staff are polite. Avoid H&M unless you have cash, they won?t take card!!

Oh my god ? I should review them both Ms Sulekha and Ms mymoona, they provide me the topnotch customer service ever ?my husband and kids are so choosy in shopping but they both nailed my day by helping me a lot . she asked me what I want and suggest me good ideas for my family function . I should thank you H&M for having a great team to support us ?.cant wait for visit again . Well done girls ??

Guy with the floral shirt managing the store today is nothing short of terrible.
Quiet day yet the line up to pay is 10-fold. He finally opens up the self service option, but just opens up two. Calls for folk who are paying by card to use the self service option, then tells people who came forward to get back in the original check out queue. Then new customers come up and line up for the self service queue and skip ahead of everyone. People opted to leave rather and not buy their items rather than continue lining up.

I bought shoes 5 days ago, for 17.99, today I noticed a hole on the side, so came to the same store to exchange it, as I am sure that it was a manufacturing mistake. The manager replied that she can?t help me.
I?m very disappointed with the policy of the store and the quality of the products!

The stock is good and the store is large but self checkout tills never work and only the ground floor tills seem to be ever staffed and that mostly by one person. The result is long queues every single time?
