Dafina in the Kensington store was beyond brilliant. She was professional and efficiently resolved my problem with a smile. The best mobile provider is in Kensington. After sales service is the decision maker for me to stay with Ee Ee because of how Dafina resolved my issue. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Two disinterested workers told me to sit down and wait. Ten minutes later I got up and left. Just so rude as yards away they were doing a really hard sell on a woman on an expensive package she really did not want. Shockingly bad behaviour. Steer clear of this branch.I had gone over my data limit and away from home just needed some simple advice to prevent important files being lost.

17:50 Sunday the shop was already closed, I arrived from 1 hour away of this store to collect my phone I tried to call 30 earlier to say im on the way nobody hang up the phone, tried to call again before write this and same results, im done w them.

Took my Google Pixel to be fixed because it was listed as a store available for walk-in fixes, however they told me that they don?t actually fix it there and redirected me to the one on Oxford Street instead. This was alright because it isn?t necessarily their fault, however, the customer service was quite bad - when I tried to explain my situation to a worker, he continued texting on his phone and telling me I don?t have a warranty when it is clear I do, he wasn?t making much sense or paying attention to anything I was saying at all.

Worst Customer service I have ever seen!!! At 17:45 the two ladies at the store were already packing and putting their jackets on to leave. The store closing time is at 18:30!!! Dafina while holding her coat was rushed to tell me she can?t help me. My sim card had stopped working and needed a replacement sim. Firstly she didn?t bother checking and told me she doesn?t have any in store. I asked for e-Sim and because I had left my ID at home she just refused to help or find other ways to help like online and on the EE app. I came back home and solved the issue on my EE app in literally 2 minutes. She also claimed that there is no supervisor or a manger at the store until Friday!! EE seriously needs to observe the way customers are treated specially at the time of emergency needs!! Both ladies definitely need some customer relations training. Zero ?? if available.
