On the morning of the 12th, I placed an online order, after which I received a confirmation email stating that my order should arrive in the store within 2 days, by 14th. By Friday, I had not received any further updates regarding the location of my parcel. When I went to the store on 15th, my order was not there, which upset me since it was meant to be part of a birthday gift. One employee not only showed no kindness or sympathy but also blamed me for not understanding how the system works, saying that the given arrival date was only an approximate one (even though the email clearly states ?Expected by 14?) and I shouldn?t expect my order without receiving a delivery confirmation email.
Today is the 16th, and my order still has not arrived, nor have I received any notification.
If you do not receive your online order by the date written in the confirmation email, unfortunately, the staff will simply blame you for incompetence and lack of knowledge of the system.

The worst customer services ever!! I b?ught an power bank and its type c entry was not compatible with my charging cable - which my cable work fine with every single device other than this. They keep tellimg me that my cable was loosen but come on! They think customers don?t know anything. This shop and its workers are the reason why no one should go there. Bonus: when ? ask for the price of nintendos (3 diff versions) none of theirs shelf was in the correct shelf. How stupid a person can be that they cannot even match the prices and the goods

Worst store ever. Skeleton staff. Went there today to get my phone replaced and there is apparently only one person who handles insurance replacements and she is absent today. Told this after being asked to initially wait 15 mins until the person returns from lunch. Awful customer experience . Avoid the store or do online shopping if you can

10 minutes in store not a single worker came to check if we needed anything. Then as we decided to leave and just order online instead they shut off the up escalator with us on it so my 67 year old mother had to climb up the remainder of the escalators.

Went to buy printer but needed assistance. First they told me noone in the store knows about the printers and I need to wait for 10 minutes for the person who knows about the printers to start their shift. We had waited for half an hour and noone came. When we went to speak to them again, all 3 of them were chatting.
Terrible customer service, do not recommend!
