Great service, and great Vegan options

I actually didn?t go in store instead ordered from deliveroo. the deliveroo side was an absolute nightmare, however the staff at wagamama were fantastic! handled everything and made sure I got my order as soon as possible after riders kept going to the restaurant, waiting, then dropping my order. They even remade it to make sure that it was hot when I finally got it!! Most kind and sympathetic people - you guys deserve a pay rise and only kind customers !!

I used to love going here as a kid but on this occasion we had to leave before being served. Waitress barely welcomed us in, no eye contact or a hello.
Waited 15 minutes and no one came to serve us, waitress then clocked out of her shift before serving us. We had to leave as no one would serve us.
Crazy! Never experienced something like that before.
This place used to pride itself on good service, I am worried it is going downhill.

I wondered why the restaurant was rather empty for an evening service after cinema. Its not because of the lovely staff and reasonable food but the VAT on the bill. Astronomical for a family of three..the bill came to 66 pounds and some pennies..total bill of 80 pounds for three mains, two starters and soft drinks. Vat is 20 percent! We can not afford it anymore...it is unacceptable. Felt bad about leaving a five pound tip..I'd rather tip the people who serve you than this hike .Come on Wagamama..do something so families can enjoy a special night out at Islington

Amazed at the service from this restaurant.
Today,our server Artiom went above and beyond in my expectations,his clear communication,his helpful insights on the dishes and drinks, and constant check ups definitely created a one of a kind experience at Wagamamas.
The udon I had today was pretty good and fulfilling and the overall vibe of the place was great (not too loud for a late afternoon on a Saturday).
I was also able to ask another member of staff for tissues without any complaints on their end.
Overall food was delivered at an acceptable time and I had a fantastic meal with friends.

We are regulars here. I love wagamamas food, I'm a vegan and there are good options. There are tables for two so you don't have to share.
Vegetarian options: Good vegan options, I've tried them all and all are tasty. Clearly labelled and easy to order.
