I actually didn’t go in store instead ordered from deliveroo. the deliveroo side was an absolute nightmare, however the staff at wagamama were fantastic! handled everything and made sure I got my order as soon as possible after riders kept going to the restaurant, waiting, then dropping my order. I used to love going here as a kid but on this occasion we had to leave before being served. Waitress barely welcomed us in, no eye contact or a hello.
Waited 15 minutes and no one came to serve us, waitress then clocked out of her shift before serving us. We had to leave as no one would serve us.
