I shop everyday here, always short staffed, shelves empty, two staff per shift seems like I?m supporting modern slavery, Tesco should take immediate action, makes sure every customer gets their best possible

Staff always seem put out when you ask for help on the tills. God forbid you need something authorised it's always hard to find someone in the shop and there is never any apologies when you wait ages. Also was asked for ID for an energy drink and the lady got very rude when I pointed out the age for energy drinks is 16 and I definitely don't look that young in my 30's

Doesn't have meal deals set up correctly. There are drinks labeled as part of the meal that aren't a part of it.

Genuinely dread having to enter this store, most useless store ever, rude incompetent miserable and clueless
Staff stand around doing nothing then get pissy when you ask to be served. Might aswell just close it down. Useless

1 star only when I come in and the manager is the middle age woman who has no interest in the customer-she is more interested in the shelves being stocked than dealing with the long queues at till and has to take staff away from the shelves to deal with and god forbid she has to man a till herself
No customer interaction at all and a shame as a good store and good customer service from same staff when she is not on duty

Smallest Tesco I?ve ever been too yet they still manage to struggle. I don?t think anyone even does anything. Never anyone on the floor or behind the til. I?m thinking of applying. Must be nice lol.
On top of that I clearly ain?t the only one experiencing such terrible service yet not replies to reviews or anything. They just don?t care.

staff so rude and abrupt, no please and thank you, just pure ignorance, This Tesco is very local to us, just a 3 min walk, we will not be using it again, It has happened more than once, and other customers have said the same.

What is the point of having an Evri machine if it is literally never working? Just remove it if you truly can?t be bothered with Evri packages. This has to be the 10th time in a year I?ve went out of my way to send a package here and I am unable to.

Don?t bother using this place to drop off Evri parcels, the staff make up endless excuses to turn people away - parcel too large, no more receipts, machine not working, etc etc.

Worst Tesco I?ve ever been to. Constantly changing staff, the next batch always more rude and unhelpful than the last. Beyond pointless having an Evri parcel drop off as the machine is either ?not working? or they don?t have any receipts for drop offs. Have been turned away multiple times or told to come back because they don?t want to take in or hand out parcels. On the few occasions I have managed to drop off parcels, they have been left for days without being picked up by Evri (despite me paying for next day delivery) Poor selection of groceries but this has improved in recent weeks which is where the one star has been earned.

No line, clean friendly staff.\\nI only went in because the shop next door was so over priced.\\nPlease like my comment as this does a lot to boost my self morale.\\n\\nI would go back here for a meal deal one day if I'm in the area it's a good place. You have to pay for carrier bags.
