It is a horrible place to be!!!
I had a horrible experience today half an hour ago at sports direct Islington chapel market!
Starting from the costumer service every time I ask for information staff just ignore me or make me feel like I?m disturbing them!
In the end the girl on the counter talking on phone and asking me to wait?
Anyway I used to be a sports direct client !
Not anymore I?ll never go sports direct again and I?m going to make sure that people know will do the same wich is NOT GOING SPORTS DIRECT AGAIN!!!

Manager was extremely rude and looked awful, a manger should look formal clean and well kept. The female manager I spoke to was rude looked grumpy and unclean very much had an attitude towards me I believe because of my brown skin whilst also being treated with a sense of unease by other till workers. Seems like a low funded lack of respect and bad management for a big company HR should seriously consider fixing it up or closing it down. Being told I can?t buy socks for my kid because I?m not with them is outrageous by the manager.

Terrible service at this store. Bought Nike Juniper Trail 2 for £65.00 (not exactly cheap). Shoes immediately developed loud creaking from both soles (not from contact with surface) which made them unwearable. Took to store, they refused to refund. Wrote to customer service (with evidence) and they also refused to help. Again, took shoes back to store (wearing them) to demonstrate creaking. Manager hugely unhelpful, stating they wouldn't refund/exchange and why don't I try another store(?!) This isn't service in any regards, let alone talking to another human with any kind of empathy towards their situation. This is clearly a faulty product and not fit for purpose. My consumer rights have been denied. I shall seek advice from Citizens Advice.

Needed to get some sports shoes quickly... Warren was very helpful and friendly. Proactively finding shoes my size (there weren't many size 10's left). Got a pair perfect for me in good time. Thanks Warren!

absolutely shocked to learn that the air con doesn?t work, when i asked the member of staff they said it wasn?t work and not a priority for the company to fix.
