Replacement watch strap. Wendy was excellent - a metal strap fitted. And when I asked her to change it so the clasp closed right to left instead of left to right she did it again without complaint competently and cheerfully.

I got a couple of keys cut in the Tescos branch and they worked perfectly so the following day I went back to get a third cut and again was perfect.
