Went to Timpson Isleworth today, by Tesco.Jess changed the battery in my watch and adjusted the strap for me.Excellent quick service. Very kind and courteous person. A credit to your organisation.Many thanks

Appalling customer service from the lady behind the till .. rude and snappy for no reason. I would recommend that she be jailed, without any access to key making equipment.

I came in for a key cut and got the best service from Jess. She was very helpful, friendly and lovely to deal with. Even though it was just a 5min experience, I would say that was amongst the best customer service I?ve ever had and brightened up my day. Give her a raise, Timpson.

Experience with This franchise in iselworth, my visit time arround 1.30 pm 2nd july 23? .wasn't a nice one. The man behind the counter either? wasn't happy with his job? or he was of rude nature. When I didn't make purchase simply because it wasn't value for money? I just politely said sorry too expensive? He didn't like it.. And loudly spoke what a time waster,? I thouTimpson took pride in who they employed? but I was proved wrong by this person.

Nice Guy behind the counter but I just wanted one key cut for a simple padlock. They quoted me £9.00 for one key cutting service. Bearing in mind the padlock only cost me £15 from B&Q. I found that to be a extortionate price for a simple key cut. I walked out in disgust. I went to West Ealing and a Company there did it for £3.50 and apoligised that their prices went up by 50p in the last week.....Don't quite understand how this Company can rip people off and charge nearly three times what others are willing to make a profit on. Shame on you Timpson.

My friend snapped her car key blade so we went there to get a replacement blade made. The girl at the counter would only sell us the whole key with shell and told us that it would take 2 weeks to get a replacement. I told her if she can just copy the blade and that I will fit the blade in the old shell instead but she didnt do that Even though she had the shell with the blade.Its such a simple process yet these key cutters make it so difficult just so they can earn extra money. its really pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to get a replacement car key blade made.

It there was 0 or less than that I would have given it. Zero customer service, only thing they are focussed on is money.. Looters.. Without paying they don?t even answer a question.. pathetic.. worst shops ever visited.. will never visit again

Josh is so cheerful, happy & helpful. Definitely knows his trade and goes the extra mile. Very impressed and will be going back with more keys:/shoes etc that need sorting. No job too big or small. First time visiting this branch and will be back even if it is out if my way. Thanks Josh ?
