Terrible customer service, I bought a product and wanted to return it as it was not required.... I hadn't opened it and had the receipt... I was greeted by miserable staff with no smile or customer service and the owner/manager said they don't do returns as they don't know what condition the product is in... I said it was unopened but he didn't seem to care... Boots is a pharmacy and they take returns with no problems... Avoid this pharmacy at all costs...

This pharmacy and team are a god send. I have gone to them numerous times for advice for the whole family in addition to regular prescriptions/emergency medicine (they also went over and above to source what I needed when they didn?t stock what was needed) before family member caught a flight.Agrin especially is always so helpful, knowledgeable and remembers customers by name! I consider myself very lucky to have such a valued local resource to call on. Genuinely, many thanks!

Amazing pharmacy and pharmacist. Actually helpful, managed to diagnose me better than the doctor and gave me good advice. Will come here again even though further than my local one. Top customer service.

I visited this place not too long ago. I needed a throat syrup. Luckily the pharmacy closes late in the evening, the staff was kind to give me the best advice.

Extremely rude service from the staff. I went in to get medicine for my 1 year old. They don?t accept Amex and couldn?t offer a temporary alternative solution.
