They used to be good in the start. Now they are just trying to con you. They will force you to buy more tiles and tell you dont worry! they will refund all for anything thats left over.What they didnt say is that they will only return you credit. So when you return whats left over after they had forced you to buy more, they then change thier attiude and pull out with this policy and lost on £100. Some sick people out there. Cant trust anyone.

We?ve had a brilliant experience with Right Tiles Isleworth - Ali J helped us choose beautiful tiles for our renovation project, and we are so pleased with the result. Ali gave us a really personal service, and was on hand in the weeks and months afterwards for troubleshooting, including an easy exchange of some incorrectly ordered tiles. 10/10 would shop here again.

Right Tiles Mega Store is the best tile shop I have been to (and I have been to many). The sliding display is pure genius with more than adequate lighting. Wall samples can be moved outside to get a better idea of colours.Ali is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He has a great idea of what matches what. As a result we managed to find a tile we liked in less than half an hour.

Don't buy tiles here, they just speak a lot but didn't deliver on time and won't take any return after 28 days as per policy.

I used right tiles recently. I had a rough idea what i wanted for my house reno, but not 100%. Raz really took the time to understand what it was I was looking for & then we narrowed it down to a select few. Those really hit the nail on the head. So thankful i went to right tiles, they had such a massive selection of tiles. I was amazed! Thanks again Raz, will be back for sure.

Getting a new kitchen installed so I hunted around for some tiles. Out of all the places I checked these guys had the best range and we're much cheaper than tops tiles and other places I checked out. But above all the knowledge and service was great. Will be my go to guys in the future, who I highly recommend

Do not trust these people.We had an awful experience, after paying for some tiles they had in stock, we cancelled the order the next day. Whilst placing the order initially, I asked if I could get full refund and they said yes (Ali).The tiles had just come into their showroom and were surplus in stock.I visited the showroom the next day and told them I wanted to cancel, Ali said yes that's fine, but didn't give me any paper confirmation, so I took his word for it as he assured me a full refund would be given.I have visited them 4 times, emailed them several times and they have refused to give me a full refund.The tiles were never delivered and were not specially ordered as they had surplus new stock. However they wanted to charge me a 50% restocking charge.I will never shop with this company again, I had my doubts when I first visited their showroom as they seemed shifty and they truly are.I would not recommend anyone to them.Still haven't had my refund and I did not agree to a ridiculous 50% restocking charge when goods haven't been delivered.Totally against statutory law and these people don't care. Customer services don't reply to any emails and I'll be visiting trading standards as this is just daylight robbery!

Perfect shop if you want a choice of tiles, whether it?s for your walls or floors. Variety of tiles to suit your kitchen, bathroom or for that matter living room. You can also order single tile as big as 1.2 Mtrs to 2.2 Mtrs. Most of the tiles are in size of 2ft by 4ft. You?ll also find 4ft by 4ft tiles on display but not in stock and need to be ordered at an additional cost of £150. The price for tiles ranges from £50 per meter to £300 per meter.They have also created concept bathrooms.I interacted with Ali and he was very helpful throughout my visit. He also spent a lot of time checking for my choice in stocks.PS. If you are selecting tiles with patterns, they may not be in the type displayed in the box you purchase as the patterns are created by the Store and not something you would find in each box, so all depends on your luck.
