The lady was rude and not even helping me during my last visit, she told me we are not allow to take cash after 12:30PM which was not believable. I worked in post office and i know the rules and regulations.Truly she has attitude and giving bad customer services.I am loyal customer of royal mail since couple of years but this time in isleworth branch i have dissatisfaction for it.

Thank you. The lady that served me today was so friendly, even though I was so confused about buying stamps ?? There was no queue either.

I unfortunately have to use this post office as it's the closest one to me however the amount of times I've had issues with their customer service is now really adding up and has now tested my patience. Just not willing to help you, rude and very standoffish. If you don't like running a post office, don't do it. I guess the reviews score says it all.

Awful service from an elderly lady who gave me change and the realised she might have made a mistake after I put the coins into my purse so I could?t tell and started shouting at me in front of other customers to give her a pound back instead of accepting her mistake. Very bad treatment considering I use their shop a lot. You need to work a lot more on your customer service!

Today I was treated differently at the post office on London Road Isleworth The white lady ahead of me in the queue placed her stamps on the envelopes while the queue was long and the attendant waited for her without voicing that there is a queue waiting and when I did the same with fewer cards, I was told off in earshot of the customers in the queue.. Everyone needs to be treated the same. Not one rule for one colour and a different rule for black & brown people.I have been observing their behavior for years. They are very, very, very rude at this post office, miserable and rushes you through. They treat everyone with disrespect.Unhelpful,Impatient and Rude. This manager & staff are not suited for the area of Isleworth.

I have been a loyal customer of Royal Mail for many years now , relying on its services for my small business needs. However, after my recent visits to Isleworth Post Office on London Road Iselworth on a Monday, Wednesday & Friday, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the community. The service at this post office has noticeably declined, and the staff's attitude has become a major concern. I mean they would never get customer service employee of the year, but now appears indifferent and rude. I have always questioned why I continue to use this local branch when there are alternatives just a short drive away where the staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating.During my last visit, I encountered an exceptionally unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members at 8am in the mornign. Despite my loyalty to the post office and the fact that I've been using their services for my small business for years, I was treated with disdain. The employee, a man working on Friday, refused to accept more than 10 of my parcels, accusing me of "taking the mick" by bringing in so many.I found this response baffling, as I had already paid for and printed all the labels at home, streamlining the process for both myself and the staff and secondly what is the post office for if it?s not to post your parcels. All that was required was a simple scan of the barcodes and a proof of posting for my business records. However, the employee insisted on limiting the number of parcels and directed me to the post office website for information that supposedly supported his stance.Upon later investigation, I could not find any such information on the website. It became apparent that the staff member had provided false information, adding unnecessary frustration to an already unpleasant experience. In light of this incident and the decline in overall service quality, I strongly recommend members of the community exploring alternative post office options, even if it means driving an extra 10 minutes. The convenience of a local post office should not come at the cost of poor service and discourteous staff. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment fall short of its reputation, and I hope that others in the community will be spared from similar experiences.

Staff are rude and miserable to customers apart from this Sikh man. However you do feel the negativeness in the air and it feels depressing even whilst waiting and watching the other customers get served. Today I specifically saw this older Indian lady with grey hair being moody and using tone to a few customers that were asking instructions which is sad.

"We are open till 6pm but we don't do cash deposit after 5.30. "Is that a post office specific policy? "Don't know"Why don't you mention that on the post office website. Simply unacceptable

During my last visit at Isleworth Post office, I experienced extreme rudeness from one member of the staff right from the first moment of my visit. When I approched the counter a man shouted in a very loud voice, " did I call you, you should be standing over there". No one else was at the post office so I was confused whether he was shouting at me or other person. But I looked around and no-one was there. I don't think that sort of behaviour should be tolerated in our community.
