Beware of the rude staff member named Charlie. Miserable and moody to no end. At 5:35 he seemed irritated that I was coming to print photos when he closed at 6. Asked me how many photos I was printing, and then said, this is a direct quote, "You can't print 100 because I want to go home." Walked up to me on the machine 3 different times hovering around like a creep to tell me I was doing it wrong - in reality he hadn't seen what had happened on my phone not letting me select multiple photos. I tried to explain and was met bluntly with "No, you pressed next too soon". I just walked away without buying any photos because I wasn't dealing with that or him. They lost their business. I went and spoke to Tesco's lovely manager who had heard so many complaints about him already and already knew who I was talking about before I finished my sentence. A customer walking by overheard me complaining and said "Are you talking about the photo service worker? He had an argument with my wife months ago."

I don't get photos done often so usually get a bit confused with the technology so I choose to get my photos done here as Charlie is so helpful. Even though he was already serving 2 other customers at the time he was still able to guide me in what I needed to do. Always polite friendly and helpful. 5* service Charlie, keep it the good work ?

The dishevelled, angry, rude man who works here was shouting profanity at a female customer yesterday when I was in the store, all because he was trying to close up 20 minutes early. I chalked it up to a misunderstanding, and then made the mistake of going to get a visa photo for my 1 year old son today. Had a very similar experience. Apparently dashing off early in order to get home for the Tottenham game is way more important than helping customers. When I asked the Tesco store manager for some assistance, they ended getting into a huge fight too, because apparently this man shouting at customers is a super regular situation.

I reviewed it by one ?? becauseThe person who is working there closed 20Minutes before 6 pm at 17:40And that?s not fair. then when I gone to the Photo Booth it was out of order and that was like that for 4 months beforeAnd it said ?OUT OF ORDER A ENGINEER WILL COME SHORTLY? why would you put 6:00 if you closed at 17:40 DO BETTER !!! ???

I ordered four mugs online. It was a very simple process. The mugs were printed by Xinia who couldn?t have been more friendly and efficient when I collected them. I?m very pleased with the service I received and will use this branch again. Thank you Xinia!

Visited today for ID photograph the service was very poor and unsatisfactory. As it was so expensive there were no efforts put into the photos as the light behind made the faces look so dark it?s just not positive used the photos.I was told they would email the photos but she forgot to ask my email but payments were taken. I had to go back and ask for the email as she sad it?s too late.Later after giving the email she only sent one set of photos had to call them back .I can?t recommend this place as it?s waste of money and time.

Bit mixed view. Got the job done. But initially when I called he was blunt. A client is calling you need to sound a bit more enthusiastic. Got to Tesco and he was not there. After 15 arrived. I told him what I needed which was passport pictures. Again it's like he was doing me a favour. No enthusiasm. At that point I had no time to go anywhere else. I would of used him again but being a business owner myself I would go out of my way for the client to have good experience so they come back again.

Great place to get a passport photo if you don't like to use the booth. Great customer service, easy and a reasonable price. You can get it checked to ensure the photo is acceptable.You can also do a variety of other photos and personalised photo gifts.
