Hi guys, I came today and they fixed my tire without charging because it was a simple job, but they took a lot of trouble to open wheel because the screws been so hard to open . So I decided to report this to others how fair they are and it was unbelievable to me.

My car wheel was making a grinding noise and was taken on a rescue vehicle to Quickfit isleworth today.The car was taken for a run around the area and hoisted up and wheels checked by their manager.No issue was found and told possibly a stone got inside but had since fallen away. Very relived and asked what I had to pay.I was told there was nothing to pay, which was amazing service and gratis!Have been before and always had excellent , honest and professional customer service.Thank you Quickfit!

Had a good experience with this shop. My tyre picked up a nail on my drive in to the city and I was watching my plans go up in smoke. Made a few calls, lots of negativity, until I spoke with Ishmael at this Kwik Fit.I explained my predicament, they exceeded all expectations. I was there genuinely <15 mins. I made it to my event with 2 minutes to spare. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks!
