“I had a flat tyre and the machine wasn’t working properly, the worker inside was very unhelpful, I didn’t quite get her name but she had white hair and glasses was busy chatting and not serving me and she also didn’t not want to help me in any way shape or form. The machine wasn’t working properly and left my tyre with 0 psi. A lady called Kim came back from her break and assisted me straight away. I explained her the whole situation and explained how I paid twice for the machine and it still didn’t work. She went into her own purse and was getting out a 50p to try help me. She then tried to inflate my tyre, we struggled for 5-10 minutes and then the tyre finally inflated. Kim was absolutely amazing and really saved the day”

“Supermarket of choice, mainly cos it's local and normally has plenty of parking. Good range of products although I do wish they wouldn't keep moving their stock to different aisles. Also, if I want, for instance, flageolet beans why are they not in the "bean aisle"? Even the staff seem puzzled by some of the stores absurdities! Not sure about the wet fish counter....how long has it been stored in cold storage? Think I'll stick to the frozen alternative! All in all tho, a good shopping experience.”
