Take a book, a chair, maybe even a camp bed, because waiting for these guys to find your parts and bring them to the counter is soul destroying! They wander round like lost zombies with bits of paper in their hands and confusion on their faces. At no point will the one guy on the counter call for someone to help with the growing queue.45 minute wait for two 5 litre bottles of oil which were pre-ordered and ready to collect. They didn't find them and I got a refund, which annoyed the huge queue of people who were just about to lose an hour of their day too.You can do better than this Euro Car Parts!

Called in to buy wiper blades for my car after seeing they had them online. Parking is limited but I found a place. Very prompt and helpful service. Easier than having them delivered.
