I use Canary Wharf Waitrose regularly and can always say that the staff are always super kind, diligent and welcoming. In particular I have received excellent customer service from Amy who works on the tills. The store is always well stocked, clean and staffed by a brilliant team. We are lucky to have them in Canary Wharf, and I hope they get recognised for their hard work by management.

It?s an honest supermarket super easy. You?ll find everything online and walk-in. You will find loads of fruits, veggies ( but some of them have a hint of chemical tastes, anyway you need to clean it well. My all time favorite thing is the seafood shelf Lobsters, tuna all kind of fish and muscles. Love it! ????? ??????? ?

Good deals on groceries, great selection and great quality. HOWEVER, I was disappointed with the checkout service I received at the Waitrose in Canary Wharf on Tuesday. The cashier lady did not greet me or respond when I said hello. She also did not say thank you or acknowledge me when I left. While everyone has off days, basic manners and customer service skills are important for front-facing positions. I hope the store will look into additional training on courtesy and engagement. With some improvement in this area, the shopping experience will be much more pleasant.

I loved it. I have been shopping here for years. Very consistent high quality offerings at good prices, right in the heart of Canary Wharf. In addition to groceries, they also have a huge selection of household ware, products and supplies, bathroom supplies, paper products of all types, and one of the best bars with alcoholic beverages that would even put some pubs to shame. I don't know anywhere else that has that! In addition, John Lewis (one of the Corporate Partners) is on the next two floors above, which means in essence it is more of a super duper store where you can get everything and anything, and if you don't see it, you can order it and have it delivered. Best of class. Highly recommended.

It's not just a food shop at this place. As part of a partnership you can get a selection of items sold in larger John Lewis stores. Kitchen accessories, technology, fashion, gifts ,children's clothes, and not forgetting the only toy department in Canary wharf.I also was pleased to find that having spent over £10, I got two hours free parking (Mon-Fri) and three hours at the weekend. My only small inconvenience was I couldn't pay fir my john lewis products through the waitrose tills.A store worth a visit in Canary wharf.

I was at the seafood counter and the staff didn't look at me, just carried on emptying fish onto the counter. He only got my attention when I moaned and told my partner I'd be looking for the store manager. He served me but throughout the poor, horrid experience this staff: never looked at me, didn't say how may I help you/thank/sorry for keeping you waiting; his face was scary with no emotion, lifeless, negative, mean, psychopathic stares, not friend and approachable at all. This was the worst customer experience I've had in my life! I told a staff about this and that she must tell the manager as I can't wait and had to shop in a hurry. No manager was around the store either and I initially was told to go to customer services but when I got there, a staff walked off with a custoner and the other staff was on the computer and never looked behind him to see if there was any customers. The computer should be in the front desk so staff can see in front of the desk for customers. Also, the clementine I purchase tasted off and awful. Waitrose is suppose to pride itself in the highest quality apart from M&S.

Found the shop to be wasting a lot of food and flowers which they refused to reduce. I spoke to someone in the store and they told me if I didn't buy the flowers at a higher price they would just go to waste. Conflicting information given by customer service. Shocking customer service won't be returning.

I?m so tired of this shop. Whatever I buy, always will be a spoiled bit. Mold on at least one tomato in a pack, ammonia smell on a fish, rotten fruits. Looks like this branch has real issues with storage or refrigerators, I don?t know. It has to be fixed. I had enough of wasting money on expensive products that go to the bin.

This is my local, I usually have food delivered and never had any issues. Today I popped into to get some small bits, I went to the till (where 2 men are working). The guy was nice, I asked for a bag and he just left it on the side for me to put the things in myself. Never seen this before tbh. What's the point of the till staff then if they are only just scanning items through. Makes no sense

This is one of the best supermarket in London and it has all required things in all price range ?. They are open more time than other stores and groceries here are amazing.

I bought these delicious chocolates from Waitrose as a UK souvenir as they were 20% off. At £5.2 each for this quality, they are too cheap! I ate them as soon as I could and they were delicious and great, highly recommended.I like the look of the packaging and how light it is. I would like to give a set of British teas as a gift to my overseas friends.

No items at the store. The shelves are constantly empty, especially after 6pm. That includes fresh vegetables like spring onions, cucumbers, mushrooms and pantry like eggs, maple syrup or hard cheeses.

Excellent Waitrose store and super huge which comes to the best in East London. You can find everything here. They have really a lot of paying machine, that save a lot of time on checking out.

Only went in once, during the evening rush hour, and it was madness! The supermarket was packed! Seemed like most people were doing their grocery shopping before heading home. It had an excellent range of products. Plenty of self-checkout counters which accepted our YouTrip cards from Singapore.
