I had some time to spare and headed to Wagamama for an early dinner. I hadn't eaten in this particular site in years and was pleasantly. The team looked after us and had a lovely time. I especially enjoyed the chilli margaritas. Yum

Jaala provided excellent customer service at Wagamama?s. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the visit. Her positive attitude and professionalism stood out and really elevated the whole dining experience. A real credit to the team!

Was met by nice waiters and was seated immediately, came here with my friends for some good dinner and definitely didn?t miss with the choice.
Food was excellent, had katsu chiken, and my friends had other dishes which I can?t remember the names of. Food was delicious, also decided to have deserts, ordered banana katsu which was unimaginably good, tastes so much better than the way it sounds.
Big shout out to Carlos, our waiter. He was very helpful, nice and friendly with us, helped us with any of our needs or queries, was checking back on us multiple times. He looked enthusiastic and both serious, was clearly doing his job masterfully and helped any customer he could.
Overall experience was a 10/10. Recommend to many people, even if you don?t like Chinese food then there are plenty of other dishes to try from.

I had a fantastic time at Wagamama Canary Wharf! Jay, one of the staff members, was absolutely lovely?so friendly and attentive. She made excellent food suggestions, and thanks to her, I got to try something new that I absolutely loved. The service was warm and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend!

I?ve been going Wagamamas for the past 5 years and this is the worst one I?ve ever been to. We asked for tap water when we first arrived and never received it until we finished our meal. Had to ask 5 waiters and we finally received it absolutely shocking considering the guy was just dossing about and wasn?t doing anything! Never going here again would rather go maccies instead absolutely shambles waste of money fr should?ve gotten a free meal for all that time wasted.
