The hotel was nice and new, everything was clean and tidy.Staff were constantly cleaning the reception area, food was ok and kids eat for free if under 15 at breakfast.Carpark is good and has loads of electricity charges for cars.... Because of this we will be back.We was on the 16th floor so the views were amazing both day and night.... But there was one big issue. To change the temperature in the room you couldn't do it in the room... You had to call down to reception on your mobile phone which is ok I guess if you have signal or credit!Due to the massive window in the room the temperature went up and down very quickly in the room and with four people in the room all breathing and showering things got hot and stuffy quickly AND when reception didn't answer it was a pain tbh.It happened a few times that we tried to call and the phone didn't get answered so we had to open the door to the corridor which really isn't good enough..... So please allow people to control there on room temps as you can't do it in the room or open a window.Rooms: The room temperature can not be controlled by you in the room... You had to cal the reception

Nice and clean and friendly staff. Location was not great for the 02 exhibition centre as it was 2 different trains, but they were frequent.

Travelodge Docklands Central London was a horrible experience for me as My Car got stolen from their Car Park outside the Reception area which was managed by Horizon company. Neither the hotel or the car parking company helped us securing the Security footage of the thief stealing Our Car.. firstly in the morning when we couldn't find our car in the parking area & complained to the hotel, to Horizon company & then to the police. The hotel staff told us that they will only give the security footage to the Police but later that same day they informed us that they can't see the area we parked our car because it's been obstructed by a wall. Horizon also didn't help us at all. Me & my wife had come from Bolton to visit our family and this was our first time in London. It's been 2 days now & to my knowledge the police has not even come to the hotel to follow up on the Crime. Staff also told us that Cars do get stolen from their car park quite often.I would have given 0 stars but there's no Option for that. If you want your car to be safe in London, park somewhere secure & with GPS. Mine was a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid.

We stay in the Premier Inn normally. This was our first time at the Travelodge. We stayed for two nights, rooms were clean and good sized. The toilet was minimalist in a good way with all the basics and no fancy stuff. Both my wife and our little one have asthmatic symptoms so it was really great that the air quality in a windowless room was rather good. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of dining tables and a lounge style area as well by the bar. We stayed on the 11th floor overlooking the docklands and the O2 arena so the view was stunning both during the day and night. The service was good as well. Overall would definitely recommend and even just for the view from the room we loved it!
